TigerFest

I LOVE baseball. I love watching the sport, being a fan of the players, etc.

I was able to go to TigerFest at Comerica Park, yesterday. I was so excited, I had NO idea what to wear. The days leading up, I had no clue what I wanted to wear, and kept putting together looks with my Tigers apparel. It was a beautiful January day, I was apprehensive of what to wear.

I finally decided on a thin Tigers sweatshirt and utility jacket for my look.

My vintage 80’s logo sweatshirt is from Etsy. I purchased this sweatshirt over a year and a half ago when I found out I got my first “big girl” job. I love this logo, and this sweatshirt is is so soft, and comfortable it can bu worn with jeans or sweatpants.

On top of my thin sweatshirt, I paired my favorite green utility jacket from Target. I LOVE this utility jacket! I have already created numerous outfits with a single piece of clothing. It is perfect for a casual look, or could be worn while going out. Similar utility jackets can be found here, and here.

With my outfit I wore my favorite $9.99 jeans from H&M.

My day was topped off my meeting the Detroit Tiger’s 1st baseman, Miguel Cabrera. He is on of the greatest hitters in history, and I was able to meet him, and get his autograph on my grandfather’s cap. The Detroit Tigers were even able to capture the moment I got to tell him “thank you.”

I waited in many lines, for hours, and even got turned away, due to time, but it was a wonderful experience meeting Miggy! Incredibly thankful for a beautiful January day, and the generosity of the Detroit Tigers for being able to do this for their fans. Cannot wait for this season!
