Simple Statement

First off, I wore a black and white striped tunic from Old Navy. Stripes are a big staple in my closet. I have countless striped pieces, all just a little different. Similar striped tunics can be found here, and here.

I paired my tunic with a pair of faux leather leggings. I purchased these leggings from Nordstrom, after quite a search. I initially saw these particular leggings on Ali Luvs. They were super affordable, and I loved seeing someone else where them. I made sure to read the reviews and sizing, since you never know the fit with faux leather. They came and fit extremely well. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for faux leather leggings, but also wanted them to look good. Similar leggings can be found here, and here.

To create a more stylish look, I added a black sleeveless blazer from The Limited. I purchased this blazer online during their 70% off Black Friday deal! Similar sleeveless blazers can be found here, and here.

For my shoes, I wore a pair of black loafers from Target. Similar loafers can be found here, and here.

For my purse, I chose my black, chain, crossbody from Old Navy. This purse can also be turned into a clutch, since the chain strap is removable. Similar purses can be found here, and here.

The big statement for this outfit – my black beaded tassel earrings from JustFab. I’ve had these earrings for a few months, but haven’t worn them. I’ve almost worn them multiple times, but just didn’t “feel” them on those dates. These particular earrings are no longer available, but similar earrings can be found here, and here.

Lastly, I didn’t want a bright color with my outfit, so I chose a more neutral color in Kylie Cosmetic’s lip kit in Candy K.
