I did a bit of traveling for my cousins wedding this weekend to the outskirts of St. Louis. Beautiful [hot] weather, but I had a great time!
For the wedding on Saturday, I chose this floral, riddle, off the shoulder bodycon dress from Amazon. I certainly loved Amazon Prime while looking for a dress for this wedding, since I probably ordered at least 10 dresses, and were able to easily return the ones I did not want! I was super happy with this last decision dress [because I did have a different one picked out for over a month, but decided to browse again a few days before the wedding]! With my dress, I chose black blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com. I first purchased a pair of dusty pink sandals, loved them, so purchased black. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime [Amazon is seriously the best, and a major theme for this weekend].
To give my outfit the final statement, I went with a bright pink lipstick. I chose NYX’s
Soft Matte Lip Cream in Sao Paulo.
For the jewelry, I kept it simple with a pair of black drop earrings from Charming Charlie’s, and a faux leather wrap, from Amazon.com, for my Fitbit Flex 2. Similar earrings can be found here, and here.
On Sunday, the day after the wedding, I was able to check out the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium. It was hot, but I luckily checked online for some shaded/covered seats! 👌🏻
After the game, I went to check out the Gateway Arch. Loved being a tourist, but there was definitely more that we could’ve seen, but I was pretty hot, and tired, so I’ll just have to get back to St. Louis another time for the other tourist destinations.
The outfit I wore on Sunday for the game and tourist activities, was a “BASEBALL ALL DAY” tee I found on Amazon.com. I love baseball, and this will be a perfect addition for any time I want to go check out a different team, other than the Detroit Tigers.
I paired white boyfriend shorts from Old Navy with my tee, and black strappy sandals from Target. Similar shorts can be found here, and here. Similar sandals can be found here, and here.
I rocked a new pair of sunglasses, also from Amazon.com. These round, cat eye sunglasses were the perfect addition to my outfit.
Lastly, since it was a Cardinals game, I chose a red lip for my lipstick. Today I chose NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels.
