Hello Everyone!
I decided to switch up how I post my outfits for the week. I’ll be starting grad school in the fall, which means I’ll have even less time on my hands than I already have. Part of grad school means late nights, long days, and no time to update my post. I decided to start early, so I can enjoy my “last” summer of no school for a few years!
MONDAYJuly 3
To start off my week, I went with a new maxi dress I purchased from Amazon.com last week! I had been eyeing this dress for a while, and finally made the plunge to purchase it! It is a loose dress. I ordered my normal size because I wanted the “loose” look. Another great addition to the dress. It has POCKETS! The pockets make the dress, for real!
I chose to pair black strappy sandals, from Target, with my dress and jacket. Similar sandals can be found here, and here.
For my jewelry, I decided to wear a pair of medium Nickel and Suede earrings in black. These earrings are so light weight, and are great for any occasion.
I kept my look pretty netural, so I wanted to continue that look with my lipstick. I chose a more neutral color in Kylie Cosmetic’s lip kit in Candy K.
TUESDAYJuly 4
Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone had a wonderful day enjoying the [hopefully] beautiful weather!
I went simple with my look. I chose red, white, and blue, of course!
To begin, I chose a pair of faded distressed boyfriend “blue” jeans from Old Navy. I normally like a dark washed jean, but did like this faded color, and the fit of these boyfriend jeans. Similar jeans can be found here, and here.
With my boyfriend jeans, I wore a white boyfriend tee, also from Old Navy. Similar tee’s can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I went with a pair of white sandals from Target. These sandals are sold through Target every year. I’ve had this pair for over four years now, but these are still out there to purchase! There is also many colors!
For my jewelry, I chose a neutral earring. Nickel and Suede’s Lip Gloss.
Lastly, for my red in my outfit, I chose a red lip for my lipstick. I chose NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in Kitten Heels.
WEDNESDAYJuly 5
To begin for my look on Thursday, I took a fit and flare type dress (Amelia), from LuLaRoe. I first purchased LuLaRoe last winter, and LOVE it! It is super comfortable, and easy to wear. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.
I wore nude pumps from Target, to compliment the dress. Similar pumps can be found here, and here.
For my jewelry, I chose a pair of gold drop earrings from Target. I loved the shape of these earrings, and are super affordable!
Lastly, I chose a light pink lipstick to go along with my outfit. I chose NYX’s soft matte lip cream in Cannes.
THURSDAYJuly 6
I went with a sleeveless, swing, dress from Amazon.com. I love this dress, and can be worn in a tremendous amount of ways. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.
Over my dress I chose a taupe kimono cardigan I purchased from Target this past winter. It is light enough that it is perfect for a summer outfit, as well. Similar cardigan’s can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I paired neutral taupe booties, from Younkers, with my outfit.
For my jewelry, I chose a long gold necklace with a reverse pyramid pendant from Charming Charlie’s. It is simple, but still brings a statement to my outfit. Similar necklaces can be found here, and here.
To bring a pop of color to my outfit, I chose Younique’s Splash Liquid Lipstick in Sentimental.
FRIDAY July 7
Friday’s are for casual looks.
I went with a light blue, classic, button up from Old Navy. Similar shirts can be found here, and here.
I tucked the front of the oversized shirt into my $9.99 H&M jeans. I have written many times about these fabulous jeans I have on! They are comfortable, and have a great color to them!
For my shoes, I went with nude wedges from Target. I bought these wedges a few years ago, but similar wedge sandals can be found here, and here.
With my outfit, I kept my jewelry simple with a delicate layering Y necklace from Olive + Piper. Similar necklaces can be found here, and here.
Lastly, I chose a pale pink lipstick. I am wearing Kylie Cosmetics Koko K lipkit.
