I love themes. This week I deceided upon jean and jackets.
MONDAY July 31
Today, I decided to wear a dress from LuLaRoe. I purchased this dress from an online pop-up party this past winter. This dress is a Carly, and is a patterned high-low swing dress. It is super comfortable. To style my Carly dress, I did a basic knot to the left side of my dress. For styling tips I checked Pinterest.
With my dress, I wore a sleeveless jean vest I recently purchased from Amazon. This vest is stretchy which makes it super comfortable. Similar vests can be found here, and here.
First off, I chose cognac gladiator sandals from JustFab. I recently purchased these because I broke the zipper on my last pair of cognac gladiator sandals. Similar sandals can be skin here, and here.
To begin my jewelry, I started with two gold Alex and Ani bangle bracelets. I also chose a cognac watch, from Target, to go along with my other accessories. For my last wrist accessory, I wore my Fitbit Flex 2 with a gold bangle bracelet.
For my last piece of jewelry, I chose a pair of gold drop earrings from Target. I loved the shape of these earrings, and are super affordable!
To bring out the pop of color in my outfit, I chose Younique’s Splash Liquid Lipstick in Sentimental.
TUESDAYAugust 1
I saw this dress at Target last week and absolutely fell in love with it.
It is lace.
It is pink.
It is perfect.
I could not pass this dress up. It can be worn to the office, to a wedding, on a date, it has so many options. I love the flutter sleeves, the list could go on.
Over the dress, I decided to wear a jean jacket from American Eagle I bought over 5 years ago. Similar jean jackets can be found here, and here.
Along with my dress, I chose nude wedges from Target. I bought these wedges a few years ago, but similar wedge sandals can be found here, and here.
For my jewelry, I chose a simple pair of hoop threader earrings that I purchased recently from JustFab. Similar earrings can be found here, and here.
Lastly, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks, NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in soft-spoken, to finish my look.
WEDNESDAYAugust 2
Today, I decided to wear my medium wash, denim dress, from Target, with pockets, for my casual work outfit. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I chose black blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com. I first purchased these dusty pink sandals, loved them, so purchased black, and nude afte. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime!
I kept my outfit very minimal, but I chose large stud earrings to go with my outfit. These floret crystal studs are from Olive + Piper. As the product description says, they certainly “add instant glamour.” Similar earrings can be found here, and here.
Lastly, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks, NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in soft-spoken, to finish my look.
THURSDAYAugust 3
Stripes are my friend, t-shirt dresses are my friend, which makes this Old Navy dress the perfect friend! This fitted crew-neck t-shirt dress was on sale, is on sale, and is the perfect addition for a work outfit, or a casual swimsuit cover up. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.
Over my dress, I chose a new camo jacket I purchased from JustFab a few weeks ago. Years ago I wanted a camo jacket, but never actually came around to purchasing one till I came across this one while looking at my monthly boutique. I loved the look of the jacket, structure, and color. Similar jackets can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I wore a pair of black wedge sandals from Target. Similar wedges can be found here, and here.
In regards to accessories, I first chose a black clutch to go with my outfit. This black, chain, crossbody is from Old Navy. This purse can also be turned into a clutch, since the chain strap is removable. Similar purses can be found here, and here.
For my jewelry, I decided to wear a pair of medium Nickel and Suede earrings in black. These earrings are so light weight, and are great for any occasion.
With my outfit, and to compliment my earrings, I chose a pink lipstick. Today, I chose NYX’s Soft Matte Lip Cream in Cannes.
FRIDAYAugust 4
When I bought the lace dress I wore on Tuesday, I also came across this pink blouse from Target. This dusty rose color is one of my favorites. Similar blouses can be found here, and here.
I chose to wear a pair of high waisted crop skinny jeans from JustFab. Similar jeans can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I chose a pair of nude flats from Target to go with my outfit. Similar nude flats can be found here, and here.
