This week was COLD. I did not go to my internship this week, and braved some icy and snowy roads to get to work. I bundled up, wore layers, and was all about comfort (and warmth) when I was planning my outfits for work this week.
TUESDAY January 29th
To start I wore a very comfortable ribbed black sweater I recently purchased from Target. It is quite long, so wears like a tunic, which is perfect for leggings, or can be tucked into a skirt or pants. Similar sweaters can be found here, and here.
Underneath my sweater, I wore a jean shirt from Target. Similar button ups can be found here, and here.
With my outfit I wore a pair of $9.99 high waisted black jeans from H&M that are my favorite pair of jeans ever!
I wore a pair of black booties I purchased from Younkers years ago. I love the cut out details on these ankle booties, but still keep my feet warm in the cold weather. Similar booties can be found here, and here.
With my booties I wore a pair of black crew socks that allowed for no skin to be showing between my jeans and booties.
I used a black convertible bag from thirty-one as a crossbody today. I have been wanting a fanny pack, and this convertible bag allowed me to get multiple functions from a crossbody! Similar convertible bags can be found here, and here.
I loved 101 Dalmatians growing up, and my aunt and then cousin had a Dalmatian and I loved them both. Nickel & Suede recently came out with Spotted Cork Leather earrings, and I HAD to have it! I bought the large.

WEDNESDAY January 30th
I received this cardigan in my last Stitch Fix order, (look at a previous blog about Stitch Fix here). This sweater is super warm, and comfortable. Similar sweaters can be found here, and here.
I purchased this tunic years ago from Old Navy, and it is still perfect! Similar striped tunics can be found here, and here.
I paired fleece leggings from Glik’s with my tunic, to keep me extra warm. Alright, I actually wore two pairs of fleece leggings due to the frigid temperatures. These leggings are AMAZING, and were a steal. These are a few years old, but since I only wear them when it is super cold have held up. Similar leggings can be found here, and here.
Today I chose to wear a pair of black riding boots. Black riding boots can be worn with so many outfits, and are great for rainy or snowy weather. My boots are from Younkers. Similar boots can be found here, and here.

My glasses, Bardot, are from EyeBuyDirect. I recently purchased them because I loved the colors within the tortoise print. I love EyeBuyDirect’s glasses because of the affordable price.
