Hello comfort, my old friend. Alright, comfort is my BEST FRIEND. I love comfortable items, and here are a few that I wore this past week.
MONDAYAugust 21st

Hello one of my favorite colors! I bought this blouse a few weeks ago from Target’s Who What Wear collection. This blouse is loose and flowy, which makes for ideal comfort. Similar blouses can be found here, and here.
I chose one of my new favorite pants. I found these draped pants on ShoeDazzle, and could not pass them up! I loved slits on the sides, as well! They are super cute, and BEYOND comfortable! This was my first purchase through ShoeDazzle, and i am thoroughly impressed. For more information on ShoeDazzle, look here. Similar pants can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I chose a new pair of backless loafers from Target. A few coworkers had a pair, and I recently ran across an article of how they these backless loafers are the perfect transition piece from Summer to Fall, and boy am I ready for Fall! Similar loafers can be found here, and here.
For my purse, I chose my black, chain, crossbody from Old Navy. This purse can also be turned into a clutch, since the chain strap is removable. Similar purses can be found here, and here.

I wore necklace that I purchased on JustFab. The necklace is called “Girl Power,” which just makes it an already awesome necklace, and it is super cute! If you are interested in what JustFab is, check out this past blog post.
Lastly, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks, NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in soft-spoken, to finish my look.
TUESDAYAugust 22nd

I LOVE this utility jacket! I have already created numerous outfits with a single piece of clothing. Similar utility jackets can be found here, and here. It is a great addition to anyone’s closet for a comfortable look.
Underneath my coat, I chose a white, flowy tunic from Amazon.com. This top is super soft, and comfortable! I highly recommend this shirt (I have it in black, also).
I paired my tunic and coat with a pair of faux leather leggings. I purchased these leggings from Nordstrom Rack, after quite a search. I initially saw these particular leggings on Ali Luvs. They were super affordable, and I loved seeing someone else where them. I made sure to read the reviews and sizing, since you never know the fit with faux leather. They came and fit extremely well. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for faux leather leggings, but also wanted them to look good. Similar leggings can be found here, and here.
For my shoes, I wore a pair of black loafers from Target. Similar loafers can be found here, and here.
For my purse, I chose a black crossbody purse that I purchased from Marshall’s a few months ago. This has been a great purse, it is the perfect size, and black goes with [almost] anything! Similar purses can be found here, and here.

For my jewelry, I chose a neutral earring with Nickel and Suede’s Cream de la Cream. This earring is not available at this time, but other leather earrings from Nickel and Suede can be found here.
Lastly, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks, NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in soft-spoken, to finish my look.
WEDNESDAYAugust 23

I chose to wear a black, floral kimono from Target as my focal point of the outfit. I feel it is important to find a focal point when it comes to an outfit. Although I do like to mix patterns on occasion, it is nice to have a singular focus to an outfit. Similar kimono’s can be found here, and here. I like kimono’s because they can be versatile.
I went with a sleeveless, swing, dress from Amazon.com. I love this dress, and can be worn in a tremendous amount of ways. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.
I chose to pair black strappy sandals, from Target, with my dress and jacket. Similar sandals can be found here, and here.
For my purse, I chose a black crossbody purse that I purchased from Marshall’s a few months ago. This has been a great purse, it is the perfect size, and black goes with [almost] anything! Similar purses can be found here, and here.

For my jewelry, I decided to wear a pair of large Nickel and Suede earrings in Ballet Slipper Pink. Unfortunately, these particular earrings are not available at the moment. Check out all the leather earrings here. These earrings are so light weight, and are great for any occasion.
In addition to pulling the pink out of my kimono, I chose to take a rusty red out of the kimono and paired a warm brown berry in Kylie Cosmetic’s lip kit in Kristen.
THURSDAYAugust 24th

Today, I chose to wear a dusty pink jumpsuit from Target, that I purchased earlier this year on clearance. Similar jumpsuits can be found here, and here. My one advice for items like jumpers, rompers, etc., is to try them on before you purchase them in the stores, or make sure it is returnable if it is online. I don’t even know the number of jumpsuits or rompers that I have loved on the hanger, but they just didn’t look right on me. Everyone has a different body type, so you should feel confident in what you are wearing!
Since the jumpsuit has spaghetti straps, I wore a cropped jean jacket. My jean jacket is from American Eagle from over 5 years ago. Similar jean jackets can be found here, and here.
I chose dusty pink blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com, to match my outfit. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.

For my jewelry, I chose a pair of gold drop earrings from Target. I loved the shape of these earrings, and are super affordable!
I chose a new lip stain I received in my FabFitFun box. This Manna Kadar nude pink lip color, in Lucky, is perfect, and I was thrilled to have it in my FabFitFun box! For info on FabFitFun, look here.
FRIDAYAugust 25th

To start out my Friday look, I wore a short sleeve bell shaped sleeve blouse from Target I purchased last weekend. I love the sleeves, and will get a lot of use out of this blouse! Similar tops can be found here, and here.
I tucked the front of my blouse into a pair of button-fly flare ankle jeans from Old Navy. To tuck in my blouse, found this post I found on Pinterest helpful.
I chose black blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com, to match my outfit. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk, but I was able to run a short distance in them for a scavenger hunt, today], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.
For my purse, I chose a black crossbody purse that I purchased from Marshall’s a few months ago. This has been a great purse, it is the perfect size, and black goes with [almost] anything! Similar purses can be found here, and here.

These black ball drop earrings are from Charming Charlie. They recently changed their reward system, and I was able to get these earrings for FREE!
I chose a new lip stain I received in my FabFitFun box. This Manna Kadar nude pink lip color, in Lucky, is perfect, and I was thrilled to have it in my FabFitFun box! For info on FabFitFun, look here. I also received an eye shadow palatte from RealHer. The palatte, Do Your Squats has the perfect basic colors anyone will use. Today I used Driven, Awesome, and Unshakable.

So many comfortable outfits, and the peak of them, rocking some comfy bralettes!
Until next week!
xoxo,
Jess
