What Season is it Again?!

Although it is officially Fall, as of Friday, it is certainly not feeling that way. I broke out some Summer outfits, with the characteristics of Fall!

MONDAYSeptember 18

I bought a black sleeveless midi dress last weekend from Target. This piece will be versatile when it comes to the different season’s. It could be worn by itself, or with various layers. Since it was almost Fall, I wanted to add a Fall feeling to my look. Similar dresses can be found here, and here.

To add the Fall element, I chose a sleeveless army green vest from Target, that I purchased last summer! I love this vest, and am extremely happy with the purchase! I’ve gotten so much use out of the vest. Similar vest can be found here, and here.

I chose black blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com, to match my outfit. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.

For my purse, I chose my black, chain, crossbody from Old Navy. This purse can also be turned into a clutch, since the chain strap is removable. Similar purses can be found here, and here.

For my accessory, I chose a long gold necklace with a reverse pyramid pendant from Charming Charlie’s. It is simple, but still brings a statement to my outfit. Similar necklaces can be found here, and here.

I chose a new lip stain I received in my summer FabFitFun box. This Manna Kadar nude pink lip color, in Lucky, is perfect, and I was thrilled to have it in my FabFitFun box! For info on FabFitFun, look here.

TUESDAYSeptember 19

I bought this skirt from Target a few weeks ago. This denim skirt is from one of Target’s new brand’s A New Day. The line just launched. Similar skirts can be found here, and here.

For my top, I chose a white ruffle sleeve top to go with my new skirt. I also recently purchased this top. I bought this top from SheIn. I cannot wait to get more looks out of this top, as well! When I buy items on SheIn, I read reviews for sizing. Sizing can be wrong, so I will often size up if I am unsure. Similar tops can be found here, and here.

For my shoes, I tied in the denim skirt, and white blouse with a pair of striped flats from Target. I bought these shoes a few years ago on clearance. Similar shoes can be found here, and here.

I tied together my color scheme with a beaded navy necklace with a gold accent. I bought this necklace from Charming Charlie’s multiple years ago. Similar necklaces can be found here, and here.

Lastly, I didn’t want a bright color with my outfit, so I chose a more neutral color in Kylie Cosmetic’s lip kit in Candy K.

WEDNESDAYSeptember 20

I cannot wait to wear sweaters, tights, and more fall clothing. A new piece that I will wear numerous times for colder weather is a brown snap-front suede skirt from Old Navy.

To keep me from sweating to death (seriously it was a warm week), I wore a short sleeve lace up shirt from Old Navy. I have this shirt in white and black. Similar shirts can be found here, and here.

I wore a pair of large Nickel and Suede earrings in Vintage Tweed Leather. To start mixing my neutrals, I chose this new pair.

For my lipstick, I chose a new lipstick from my Fall FabFitFun box. This dual crayon, from trèStiQue, has a matte lipstick, and shiny balm in Tuscan Wine & Syrah Balm. For info on FabFitFun, look here.

THURSDAYSeptember 21

When I saw this dress at Target a few months back, I absolutely fell in love with it.

It is lace.

It is pink.

It is perfect.

I could not pass this dress up. It can be worn to the office, to a wedding, on a date, it has so many options. I love the flutter sleeves, the list could go on.

Over the dress, I decided to wear a jean jacket from American Eagle I bought over 5 years ago. Similar jean jackets can be found here, and here.

Along with my dress, I chose nude wedges from Target. I bought these wedges a few years ago, but similar wedge sandals can be found here, and here.

For my jewelry, I chose a simple pair of hoop threader earrings that I purchased recently from JustFab. Similar earrings can be found here, and here.

Lastly, I chose one of my favorite lipsticks, NYX’s Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in soft-spoken, to finish my look.

FRIDAYSeptember 22

To start out my Friday look, I wore a short sleeve bell shaped sleeve blouse from Target I purchased last weekend. I love the sleeves, and will get a lot of use out of this blouse! Similar tops can be found here, and here.

I tucked my blouse into a pair of button-fly flare ankle jeans from Old Navy.

I chose black blocked heel sandals, with an ankle strap, that I purchased off Amazon.com, to match my outfit. They are comfortable, within reason [don’t go for a 5 mile walk, but I was able to run a short distance in them for a scavenger hunt, today], and super affordable! Also free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.

For an accessory, I wore a pair of large Nickel & Suede earrings I recently purchased. These gold cork leather earrings are extremely cute, and can be worn with many outfits.

I chose a new lip stain I received in my summer FabFitFun box. This Manna Kadar nude pink lip color, in Lucky, is perfect, and I was thrilled to have it in my FabFitFun box! For info on FabFitFun, look here.
