MSW Graduation

I AM DONE! I have officially graduated with my Master of Social Work! These last two years have flown by, for real! Research papers are all done. Internship done. Assessments done. Group projects done. Late nights DONE! All of this means more sleep is coming my way! I looked at my Fitbit a few months ago that tracks my sleep. I felt I was still getting enough sleep these last few years. Trying to get 6-7 hours (I don’t drink caffeine, so I do need my sleep). Well, before I started grad school I would get almost 8 hours each night! It’s amazing how we forget things like this. I’m grateful I can be selfish again and try to get close to 8 hours each night, or a good chunk of the week (I still love to stay up late and have to wake up early in the morning, that’s just who I am).

Outfit:

I am in love with these striped wide leg pants from Amazon. I wear them often, have gotten a lot of use out of them with various outfits. I bought these from Amazon.com through Prime. These are a size smaller than the white pants that I have worn previously. I did not hem these pants. I told myself I needing to come up with a graduation outfit from items in my closet, because I do have enough items!

For my top, I chose a white ruffle sleeve top that I tucked into my wide leg pants. I bought this top from SheIn. When I buy items on SheIn, I read reviews for sizing. Sizing can be wrong, so I will often size up if I am unsure. Similar tops can be found here, and here.

With my outfit, I chose a pair of black block heel sandals from Amazon, as well. I love these block heels. They are reasonably priced, and for the most part comfortable (I wouldn’t walk a 5k in them, if you know what I mean).

I am OBSESSED with Nickel & Suede’s new earrings. I just got these Black Bloch Leather Earrings with Tortoise Post and they are a great choice for casual or dressy occasions.

For my clean lipstick, I am wearing Beautycounter’s Color Intense Lipstick in Backstage, a perfect beige pink nude.

Looking forward to whatever is next for me in my career, but first let me celebrate with a trip!

xoxo,

Jess
