4.11.20 – What Would’ve Been

Well week three and four of social distancing have passed by. It somehow has been slow and fast, all in one. I didn’t get around to writing a post for 4.4.20 – What Would’ve Been because it was a busy weekend. I became an aunt, and was dog sitting for my sister. It was a joyous time, even if I wasn’t able to be at the hospital, or hold him (yet). I also turned 27 on 3.29, and ACTUALLY got dressed up for that day. The outfit that I actually wore that day will be first, and then 10 options that I could’ve worn over the last two weeks! Also a few outfits that I actually did wear – been fully embracing sweats/leggings, no hair, and no make up.

SUNDAY March 29th

I just bought these leopard pull on pants from Ann Taylor a few weeks ago, they are currently out of stock, hopefully they’ll be restocked. Similar pants can be found here, and here.

I wore a black scoop neck bodysuit with my pull on pants, from Amazon.

Over my bodysuit I wore this jean jacket that I have had for probably seven years, so my exact jean jacket is not available. My jean jacket that I am wearing is from American Eagle. A very similar jean jacket (cropped, color, style) is this J. Crew Factory Classic Jean Jacket. Jean jackets should be in everyone’s closet. I specifically like a cropped jean jacket because I am a fan of high waisted items, and I like the way it looks with dresses. I potentially want an oversized jean jacket, but have not made the plunge yet. Other similar jean jackets can be found here, and here.

I wore a pair of Rothy’s The Point in Black Solid. I have been wanting a pair of Rothy’s for a while and finally took the plunge. I felt I would be able to get a lot of use out of them while in the office, and they are machine washable! I did order a whole size up in The Point. I haven’t tried other styles yet, but am thoroughly enjoying The Point’s! If you would like $20 off, click here.

I wore a pair of large knife edge hoop earrings from Target.

Layered necklaces are all the rage right now and have been for over a year (I mean my grandma always wore layered necklaces at least ever since I was born). I love the pendant layered necklaces, and when I came across these Target Chain Link with Coin Charms Layered Necklace I couldn’t pass them up.

I truly feel like a red lip is always a must. I have been using Beautycounter’s Color Intense Lipstick and their matte red is Girls’ Night.
